Biography
- Born in Brescia on 09/08/1963
- Graduated from I.S.E.F. at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore with a score of 110/110 with honors, discussing a research thesis on aerobics.
- Italian Champion in 1991 in the women’s individual category, and Champion in 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996
- Step Challenge Champion
- Named Instructor of the Year in 1995
- She is a lecturer in an aerobics class at I.S.E.F. in Brescia and at the University of Motor Sciences
- She is an Aerobic Master, Step Master, creator of the AEROBIC DANCE program, and collaborates with numerous fitness magazines and television programs
- PRESENTER IDEA 1998 in Orlando, Florida
- National trainer for Pilates, Step, Aerobics, and Toning classes
- International trainer and the Italian representative of the MK Pilates school by Michael King
